One of the first tasks for the Pulpit Selection Committee is to create a church profile to attract the right pastoral candidates, but they need your help. We ask all FCF attendees (one per household) to complete this survey (https://www.cognitoforms.com/FCF2/FCFChurchProfileSurvey) as soon as possible. Regardless of how long you have been regularly attending FCF, your input is needed! If you want to help even more, there is a place on the survey where you can tell them what you'd like for them to be looking for in a senior pastor. We welcome your thoughts!

[updated 07/29/2017]

We have a few clarifications regarding the FCF Church Profile Survey for married folks and those with children:

  1. For married folks, only one person needs to complete the demographic portion of the survey per household.  However, if both spouses would like to share thoughts about our pastoral search, you can do that one of two ways: (1) You can both fill out the same survey and answer the pastoral questions at the end separately, or (2) You can both fill out separate surveys, but one spouse should SKIP THE DEMOGRAPHIC PORTION and go right to the pastoral questions at the end.  If you opt for the second option, please make sure you both know which person will actually report the demographics for your household.
  2. If you live in a household with children under the age of 18 that come to church with you regularly or semi-regularly please ensure that they get reported, but only once.  If your children are at an age where they would like to have input on the pastoral questions, please include their thoughts in your responses or have them take their own survey, again skipping the demographic section.
