Senior Pastor Pulpit Search

Faith Christian Fellowship  Church (FCF), Presbyterian Church in America, began in 1980 as a multi-ethnic, urban community development church in Baltimore.  Among its various ministries, FCF holds two Sunday morning worship services for approximately 250 worshippers.  After 37 years, the current and founding pastor is transitioning to develop a ministry to train pastors and pastoral candidates in cross-cultural, multi-ethnic ministry.

Because of this, FCF is seeking a Senior Pastor.  A Senior Pastor candidate should be a seminary graduate with a minimum of five (5) years of pastoral experience in an urban environment multi-cultural church.

Note: The current Senior Pastor will not vacate the pulpit until a new Senior Pastor is in place, and the current Associate Pastor will vacate his position after the new Senior Pastor’s arrival, with the exact time table to be determined by the Session and the new Senior Pastor. Selection of a new Associate Pastor will be done under the leadership of the Session and the new Senior Pastor.
